The gym was constructed in 1981 and renamed in 1998 to honor Bartlett Park District Commissioner Donald H. Schrade for his twenty years of continuous service on the park board. Schrade was first elected in 1978, and was the longest serving elected official ever to serve in Bartlett.

The Donald H. Schrade Gymnasium is available as an indoor soccer, basketball, cricket, baseball, and softball training center and is perfect for your practice in the off-season or to train for the upcoming season. Don't let the weather interfere with your practice. Rental information is available at the BCC Registration Office.

Rental
All rentals require a rental fee and security deposit, unless otherwise noted. All facilities are handicap accessible. All rentals start from the time of arrival to the time of departure. You must be 21 years old to rent any of the Park District's facilities. For more information on renting the Donald H.
